All domestic shipments are entrusted to the standard GLS courier service (1-2 business days).
Shipping is free of charge for amounts equivalent to €100 or more.
All European shipments are entrusted to UPS/Fedex courier economy service (5 business days).
Customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
All shipments outside Europe are entrusted to UPS/Fedex courier express service (7-10 business days). Shipping is free of charge for amounts equivalent to or greater than €500.
Any import fees or taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
Because of the special international conditions, the customer will be responsible for shipping.
Orders are shipped on the first working day following the day on which the order was placed with a time of 2:00 p.m. 5:30 p.m., subject to confirmation of availability and bank verification for payment by bank transfer.
During the period of sales, promotions, events or national holidays, shipments may take longer.
Shipping is not free for limited edition items or special releases.

GLS delivery times range from 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery by UPS/Fedex takes 3 business days. If the customer is absent on the first delivery attempt, the courier will make a new attempt on the next business day.
If the courier, made 2 attempts, fails to make the delivery you will be contacted to arrange a new delivery date.
For foreign shipments these costs will be communicated via email.

If for any reason the customer refuses delivery the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund owed to them.

Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase may request a return for size exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by accessing the "returns" section of their user profile.
Returns cannot be made on releases.
Refunds will be processed as soon as you complete the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item using the same payment method chosen by the customer.
Returned merchandise must not have been worn or washed and must be in its original packaging in which it was shipped, including the original tags.
Once the return request has been made, the customer will be emailed the RMA code with instructions. Unauthorized shipments will be refused.
Customer has 10 days from authorization to return the purchase.
The costs for return shipping costs in Italy 10.00 euros will be deducted from the refund, if the customer after receiving the return instructions will not be able to deliver it to the courier, decides to replace his previously provided address or decides not to make the return anymore will be deducted the additional costs of 5.00 euros.
For foreign returns the customer will send the item independently, for any collection requests the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
